UNSECURED COMMERCIAL LOANS
A commercial loan may be obtained in an unsecured fashion, (meaning the loan is not supported by real estate or commercial property) if the present cashflow from business is rated substantial enough to provide funds through the amortization or the principals seeking the unsecured commercial loan have a credit-worthiness able to effect the loan requested.

In many instances, an example of an unsecured commercial loan is one for medical practices seeking new growth or a professional starting out on their business model.  Unsecured loans, although difficult, are not impossible with appropriate pre-financing planning.
